Consumer Disclosures
The government has mandated that certain consumer disclosures must be made by agencies that operate in a business where consumer information is gathered. This both educates and protects consumers, as it allows them to see what marks are being recorded about them and it also allows them to take corrective measures to review or dispute what's on file.Guidelines and governance for free consumer disclosures are laid out by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) under The Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (Fact Act). Collected information on consumer credit, claims, employment and tenant history records must be available every 12 months by those consumer agencies that maintain such information.
So request your free consumer disclosure today and start reviewing what other companies and agencies are noting about you.
